Free Health Screenings by students of:

- Grip strength
- Senior fitness test
The University of Massachusetts Department of Communication Disorders will be offering hearing screenings. Screenings will be available on a first come-first served basis. Staff and graduate students from the department also will be on hand to answer questions about hearing problems, hearing testing, and treatment of age-related hearing loss.
2:30 – 3:00 pm Strong and Healthy Smiles, Dr. Keller will demonstrate proper use of dental tools: brush, floss, electric brush, and waterpik.
3:00 – 3:30 pm Younger as You Age Holistic Health Coaching with Lynne Paterson & George Nager, “Beyond Exercise: Manage Your Energy Level Naturally – Any Time, Any Where,” Simple effective methods that you can do: at any time, in any location, in any outfit. Learn to boost your energy or calm your stress without stimulants or sedatives.
3:30 – 4:00 pm Judi LaBranche, Dept of Kinesiology Safe Living Demo, This demonstration will help you become more aware about the hazards and habits in your home that can lead to an accident such as getting in and out of bed, walking the stairs, and doing laundry.
