To Jumpstart Your Health Routine, Be Mindful, The Science & Practice of Mindfulness

This workshop will focus on research that links mindfulness to maintaining healthy habits as they pertain to exercise and eating. Insights from neuroscience and mindfulness provide a missing link between wanting to be healthy and actually engaging in healthy behaviors. Participants will have an opportunity to explore their habits related to eating and exercise and learn mindfulness techniques that can be integrated into their lives to promote and sustain healthier choices.
